Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

These terms cover your use of PhasorPrep at phasorprep.com. PhasorPrep is run by tobulab, a business registered in Thailand. By creating an account or buying a pass you agree to them. Questions about them go to support@phasorprep.com.

What PhasorPrep is

An independent study resource for the NCEES PE Electrical and Computer: Power exam. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCEES. The questions are original and written for practice; they are not actual exam questions. We do not promise that using PhasorPrep will lead to a passing result.

Your account

  • You sign in with a Google account. One account is for one person.
  • Do not share your account or let anyone else use your pass. We may suspend accounts that are shared.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to sit the exam where you live.

Passes

  • A pass is a one-time payment for access for a fixed number of days. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
  • A pass is personal and cannot be transferred, resold or shared.
  • Prices are in US dollars and are charged by card through Stripe.

The Founding Pass clock

The Founding Pass lasts 183 days. If you buy it before our full launch, you get early access straight away to the questions published so far, and your 183 days have not started yet. They start on the full-launch date, which we will announce by email and on this site. If you buy after the full launch, your 183 days start when your payment is confirmed. If you buy a second pass while one is running, the second one starts when the first one ends.

Where passes are sold

Not currently sold to customers in the EU, the UK, India, South Korea or Saudi Arabia. If a purchase from one of these places gets through, we refund it in full and no access is given.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The details are in the refund policy.

Using the content

  • The questions, solutions, figures and videos are for your own study.
  • Do not copy, publish, sell or share them, and do not scrape the site or download the question bank by automated means.
  • The calculators and solutions are for learning, not for engineering design. Do not use them as the basis for a design, a protection setting or any other real-world engineering decision.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep every question and solution correct and the site available, but we provide PhasorPrep as it is. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will fix it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects a pass you have already bought, the terms you agreed to at purchase keep applying to that pass.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
