Refund Policy

Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase. Email support@phasorprep.com from the address you signed in with, within 14 days of your purchase, and say you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

• We issue the refund through Stripe, to the card you paid with, for the full amount you paid.
• Your access to the pass ends when the refund is issued.
• Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

After 14 days there is no refund, except as required by law.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. A refund through us is faster than a card dispute, and a dispute pauses your access while it is open.
