Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PhasorPrep collects about you and what we do with it. PhasorPrep is run by tobulab in Thailand. Contact: support@phasorprep.com.

What we collect now

• Waitlist: the email address you enter and which page you signed up from.
• Your Google sign-in, once sign-in opens: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account id, which Google shares with us when you choose “Continue with Google”, and which page you signed up from.
• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, described under cookies below.
• Abuse protection: a counter keyed by your IP address, so the waitlist form cannot be flooded. It holds only the count for the current minute, and records are deleted automatically after one day.

What we will collect when paid features open

• Purchases: what you bought, when, the amount and the payment status. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store the card number.
• Study activity: your answers, scores, exam results and the knowledge areas you practice.
• Country at checkout: the country your IP address points to, and the billing and card country Stripe reports, to check where we can sell.
• Page views: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

We will update this page, and the date at the top, before any of these starts.

Cookies and browser storage

• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. It is set only after you sign in.
• Short-lived cookies during sign-in that protect the Google sign-in flow; they expire after 10 minutes.
• Your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's local storage, never sent to us.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To run your account, give you access to what you paid for, and show your progress.
• To tell waitlist members when the diagnostic and the Founding Pass open.
• To process payments and refunds, and to meet tax and accounting duties.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email beyond the waitlist emails described above.

Who processes it for us

• Google, for sign-in.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, the database and the analytics.

How long we keep it

Account and study data stay while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist is no longer needed. Rate-limit records are deleted automatically after one day.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and data by emailing support@phasorprep.com. We delete everything except the purchase records we must keep by law.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
